Carry out independent Audit on Pronto CMMs Plant Maintenance Module, recommend and carry out suggested improvements to the system. Compile Component Change Out Schedules and Service Kits for all Plant. Administration of Pronto and train staff how to use the system. Develop all Service Sheets and Schedules, Oil Sample Analysis system, training of staff on planning techniques and best maintenance practices.

Development of recommendations plans to improve Workshop Maintenance performance. Initiate the changes and give hands on support in the execution of all plans. Support and mentor maintenance personnel throughout change management period. Review all parts held on site, direct purchases and advise on recommended stock on-site holdings. Provided on-going support for site personnel and develop KPi reporting functions that were initiated and fed into the system.

Carry out a full system clean up of the JD Edwards CMMs Maintenance System. Review all Component change out schedules, re-vamp Stores Including all yards, check and adjust Inventory whilst reviewing Min/Max levels. Review the direct purchase process and implement a new parts ordering system. Review all Electrical, Fixed Plant & Mobile items in Stock and onsite and reduce, increase as required. Develop and review supplier relationships and advise on any improvements initiatives. Review planning and scheduling processes and administer improvement changes. Review service sheets and make improvement changes where necessary. Train all staff with current Planning techniques and instil a continuous improvement focus.

Analyse, interrogate and clean up the MIMS CMMs Maintenance System including the Training of Maintenance staff on its correct use and functions. Review stock levels and the Direct Purchase process and establish Component Change out schedules. Compile Weekly/Monthly Service Schedules including component change outs. Train staff on the Westrac Trenz Oil Sample Analysis system and Planning techniques, Procedures and Administration.

Administration and Implementation of Facility wise V3 CMMs Maintenance System. Create structure, raise all plant and equipment asset numbers within the system. Provide ongoing support as required to all Maintenance personnel.
